Bathroom Tile?

I bought my house about 5 years ago and I have always had this problem. For some reason the spacing on the bottom row of tiles never lined up and they are thinker (probably were replaced). Anyways, it is a pain to clean. It is black (some kind of mold) and I can't get rid of it. Suggestions?
